Welcome to Winlo. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Winlo mobile application, website, and related services collectively, the “Service”.
By creating an account, accessing, or using Winlo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
1. Who Owns and Operates Winlo
Winlo is currently owned and operated by its founder. If ownership of Winlo is transferred to a company, limited liability company, or other legal entity in the future, these Terms will continue to apply to your use of the Service.

2. What Winlo Is
Winlo is a social habit accountability app. The Service allows users to create or join private groups, select habits, track habit completion, participate in weekly challenges, share updates, post photos, view leaderboards, and compete with friends for motivation and consistency.
Winlo is designed for general accountability, habit tracking, and social motivation. Winlo is not a medical, fitness, mental health, financial, gambling, betting, lottery, sweepstakes, or real-money gaming service.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Winlo.
If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use Winlo only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
Winlo is not intended for children under 13. You may not use Winlo if you are under 13 years old.
By using the Service, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements and that your use of Winlo does not violate any applicable law or regulation.
4. Your Account
To use certain features of Winlo, you may need to create an account or sign in using a supported authentication method, such as Sign in with Apple.
You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You may not impersonate another person, use another person’s account without permission, or provide false or misleading information.
5. Account Deletion
You may delete your account through the app.
When you delete your account, we will delete or de-identify personal information associated with your account unless we are required or permitted to retain certain information for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legitimate business purposes.
Some content you shared with a group, such as posts, comments, group activity, leaderboard history, or habit-related records, may remain visible in a limited or de-identified form if needed to preserve group history, app functionality, safety, or record integrity.
6. Habit Tracking and User Responsibility
Winlo helps users track habits, avoid habits, and weekly challenges. You are responsible for deciding which habits, avoids, and challenges are appropriate for you.
Winlo does not provide medical, fitness, mental health, financial, legal, or other professional advice. Any information or content provided through the Service is for general motivation and accountability only.
You should not rely on Winlo as a substitute for professional advice, diagnosis, treatment, or guidance.
You should not use Winlo to create habits, avoids, challenges, posts, or group activities that encourage unsafe, harmful, illegal, or unhealthy behavior.
7. Groups, Leaderboards, and Results
Winlo allows users to participate in private groups. Group members may track habits, view each other’s progress, post updates, upload photos, comment, and appear on leaderboards.
Leaderboards and results are based on information submitted by users through the Service. Winlo does not independently verify every habit completion, challenge completion, post, photo, comment, or group result.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit. Winlo is not responsible for disputes between users related to habit completion, leaderboard placement, group results, group rules, posts, comments, photos, or custom incentives.
8. Optional Group Incentives
Groups may choose to use optional incentives for motivation, such as bragging rights or custom non-cash prizes.
Any custom prize, reward, or incentive is a private agreement between the members of that group. Winlo does not sponsor, administer, fund, guarantee, verify, process, hold, escrow, distribute, or enforce any prize, reward, payment, or incentive.
Winlo is not responsible for whether any group member provides, fulfills, or receives a custom prize or incentive.
Apple is not a sponsor of, participant in, or responsible for any group, challenge, prize, reward, incentive, or promotion offered, discussed, or displayed through Winlo.
9. No Gambling, Betting, or Real-Money Gaming
Winlo is not a gambling, betting, lottery, sweepstakes, raffle, or real-money gaming app.
You may not use Winlo to conduct, promote, organize, or participate in illegal gambling, betting, lotteries, raffles, sweepstakes, games of chance, or other unlawful payment or prize schemes.
Winlo does not process payments, collect funds, hold balances, sell credits, escrow money, or distribute cash prizes.
10. User Content
You may be able to submit content through the Service, including but not limited to display names, profile photos, group names, habit descriptions, custom challenges, custom prize descriptions, feed posts, comments, photos, and other information “User Content”.
You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant Winlo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, modify for formatting, and share your User Content as reasonably necessary to operate, provide, improve, and promote the Service.
You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit your User Content and that your User Content does not violate these Terms, the rights of any third party, or any applicable law.
You should not submit private, sensitive, confidential, or personally identifying information that you do not want other users in your group to see.
11. Photos and Feed Content
Winlo may allow users to upload profile photos, feed photos, and other images.
You may only upload photos or images that you have the right to use. You may not upload images that are illegal, sexually explicit, exploitative, hateful, threatening, harassing, violent, invasive of another person’s privacy, or otherwise harmful.
You are responsible for the photos and images you upload. Winlo may remove photos, posts, comments, or other content at any time if we believe they violate these Terms or create risk for Winlo or other users.
12. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Winlo to:
- Harass, threaten, abuse, embarrass, exploit, or harm another person.
- Submit hateful, discriminatory, obscene, sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise harmful content.
- Submit content that encourages self-harm, eating disorders, unsafe fitness practices, illegal activity, or dangerous behavior.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
- Upload content that infringes another person’s intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
- Share another person’s private information without permission.
- Use the Service for illegal gambling, betting, lotteries, raffles, sweepstakes, or payment schemes.
- Interfere with, disrupt, damage, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Use bots, scripts, scraping, or automated tools without permission.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, modify, or exploit any part of the Service.
- Use the Service for spam, fraud, scams, or other unlawful activity.
13. Reporting, Blocking, and Moderation
Winlo may provide tools to report users, posts, comments, photos, groups, or other content that violates these Terms.
If you see content or behavior that you believe violates these Terms, please use the available reporting tools in the app or contact us at support@winlo.app.
We may review, remove, restrict, or disable access to User Content or accounts if we believe, in our discretion, that a user has violated these Terms, created risk for Winlo or other users, or used the Service in a harmful, abusive, unsafe, or unlawful way.
We are not obligated to monitor all User Content, but we reserve the right to do so.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or if we believe your use of Winlo may cause harm or legal risk.
14. Push Notifications
Winlo may send push notifications related to habit reminders, group activity, leaderboard updates, challenges, account activity, or other app features.
You can manage push notification permissions through your device settings.
Delivery of push notifications is not guaranteed. Winlo is not responsible for missed reminders, delayed notifications, or notification delivery failures.
15. Privacy
Your use of Winlo is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.
Please review the Privacy Policy carefully before using the Service.
16. Third-Party Services
Winlo may rely on third-party services for authentication, hosting, cloud storage, notifications, crash reporting, security, or other functionality. These services may include Apple services and Firebase services provided by Google.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Winlo is not responsible for third-party services that we do not own or control.
17. Payments and Paid Features
Winlo does not currently sell subscriptions, in-app purchases, paid features, credits, or real-money gaming products.
If Winlo offers paid features in the future, additional terms may apply. Any future paid features will be described in the app or on our website.
18. Intellectual Property
The Service, including the Winlo name, logo, design, software, interface, graphics, features, and other content, is owned by Winlo or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the Service except as permitted by law or with our written permission.
19. Feedback
If you provide feedback, ideas, suggestions, or recommendations about Winlo, you agree that we may use them without restriction or compensation to you.
20. Disclaimers
Winlo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, accurate, or available at all times. We do not guarantee that habit tracking, leaderboard results, challenges, reminders, notifications, posts, comments, photos, or group features will always function without errors or delays.
You use Winlo at your own risk.
21. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Winlo and its owners, developers, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, personal injury, disputes between users, failed incentives, missed reminders, inaccurate leaderboard results, unavailable features, or inability to use the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Winlo’s total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid to use Winlo in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) $100.
22. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Winlo and its owners, developers, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
23. Changes to the Service
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.
We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
24. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may notify you through the app, by email, or by other reasonable means.
Your continued use of Winlo after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
25. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
